As die-hard ‘foodies’ our journey to make authentic artisan pizza started a while ago but was brought into focus due to the pandemic.

The last two years has been a semi-obsessive journey to perfect this craft whilst being true to our ideals.

Thin Nick’s Pizza is a product of this journey and the desire to produce the best quality pizza without compromise. Fresh ingredient, lovingly prepared in a fun and empathetic environment, whilst ensuring quality is the primary focus, is how we roll. The collaboration and support of friends, family and local businesses has given this a community feel. The desire to pay this back into the community over time is also important to us. The sharing of food and the collective responsibility to support others should be everyone’s mantra in these bizarre times.
